- Vehicle registration numbers, service history, and job card details
- Staff names, roles, attendance, and payroll-related information
- Billing, GST, estimate, and payment records

For data You enter about your customers and staff, You act as the data controller and Albos Technologies Pvt Ltd acts as a data processor on Your behalf, processing such data only to provide and support the Service.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes related to Garage Plus:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including job management, garage billing, inventory, staff management, CRM, multi-branch operations, and real-time dashboards.
- To manage Your Account: to register, authenticate, and administer Your workshop account and user permissions.
- For the performance of a contract: to deliver subscriptions, trials, onboarding, support, and any paid services You purchase through Garage Plus.
- To contact You: by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications regarding account activity, service updates, security alerts, support requests, and product communications.
- To send service-related messages on Your behalf: such as job status updates, estimates, invoices, and appointment reminders to Your customers when You enable WhatsApp or SMS features.
- To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about Garage Plus features or services similar to those You already use, unless You have opted out.
- To manage Your requests: including demo requests, support tickets, and data access or deletion requests.
- For business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of Company assets.
- For other purposes: such as analytics, fraud prevention, platform security, product improvement, and usage trend analysis.

- With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
